I would not recommend using hitch and would never again do a hitch relocation. Terrible communication and we weren’t even able to have the car for 2 full days due to their operating hours. We were charged $40 for secure storage at drop off because we didn’t have the car in Chch by 4pm on a Qtn Chch transfer.

If you add more details on the vehicle such as who pays petrol and toll, condition of the vehicle ( year model ) etc. would be more useful for decision-making. By the way I really like Transfercar. I think you guys doing great job. Hope to see you again

Encourage rental companies to give transfers for longer days

It would have been good for the car to have been defrosted/warmed up prior to collection at the depot in Queenstown, considering the frosty conditions.

The car was listed as $0 the first day, $35 the second day. We had it 27 hours total and they charged me $184 including extra hidden fees and refuse to refund.
