There was no option to add insurance whatsoever. The price was there, but even sending email requesting full coverage insurance I didn’t get any response. Also I’ve requested two days hire and the approved dates were for picking up in one day and drop off in the next. Apart from that, very friendly staff at the pick up and drop off points.

I wish it was easier to contact you .... I took a car for Devines to Queenstown the other day and tried to get back and was rejected .... don’t know why . I’ve done many over the last year , almost got stranded

SUV or similar advertise . . . Toyota Corolla supplied?? I mentioned this to Ezicar and they referred that inconsistency to Transfercar. Some more continuity
