I've generally been satisfied with the service provided by Transfercar. Cheers! Just occasionally I have questioned the Rental Company on their 'deal' compared to what I understood from the promotion.

On most recent booking i received email of acceptance for transfer from queenstown to christchurch. When i went to pick car up i was told agent had cancelled transfercar service. I did not receive cancellation notice. Indeed when i enquired with transfercar i was told i had requested car dunedin to christchurch. Transfer car systems are not correctly processing information and not issuing timely info on service updates.

Nothing as far as I’m concerned - maybe include ferry crossing if you’re struggling to shift the vehicles, but other than that, it was perfect.
