We felt the mileage allowance needs to be a little more generous. We went straight to destination took a couple of wrong turns went out to get some takeaway food done a drive to where the car was to be dropped off next morning as we were unfamiliar with airport area. We were under the allowance by about 80km which wasn’t a lot as we had intended to go into city to eat but if we had of had trouble finding car park and got lost we would have used it. Apart from that we were very happy it worked for us.

Access to communicate with someone at transfer car. I booked a car and I changed the dates with the rental company itself. The issue was that I couldn't then change the dates on the transfer car website (there is no option to) so I couldn't request a new car until the originally requested dates expired on the transfer car site. Being able to contact someone from transfer car directly would have solved that issue much faster for me.

customer should not have to pay cancellation fees if cancellation is fault of the car company.
