Very hard to contact transfer car via phone. I lost my credit card and wanted to change to my wifes credit card and rental company said I needed to contact transfer car. In end I found my credit card in time for rental.

The staff wasn't polite when i showed him the booking I made was from Sydney to Canberra. He said he had customers to serve and left me struggling with finding the contact of transfercar. Later another female staff admitted there was a mistake made and admitted they could rectify the booking from their end.
