It would be good if there was some indication on the car type. I was also surprised that there was a transfer fee from the โ€œairportโ€ location to the airport which the company waived after I asked nicely. There was also a requirement to use a credit card not a debit card. So these were more issues with the car company that the transfer car service but they reflect on the service overall.

Had a LOT of trouble trying to book a car to pick up on the 30th April. The booking system would not let me enter 1st May as the day to drop off the car. I had to enter the drop off day and time as half an hour after I was due to pick it up on 30th April. There was no phone number to call and try and speak to someone about this problem. I didn't want to get charged for keeping the car for an extra day even though it was clearly impossible to transport a car from Dunedin to Queenstown in half an hour. I went in and out of the web page many times to try and refresh the system however this glitch was very frustrating and we nearly gave up. I wonder if this is something that happens frequently on the last day of the month or was just on that particular day ? Otherwise, everything was great thank you.
