While your service was great, we got in a real jam when Ace didn't have our (and another couples') car as they were renting then out instead of relocating them. No phone call or email, even though they claimed both. We were able to extend our previous rental and flew to Wellington next day, but if they had notified us a day ahead, ir even a few hours, we might have been able to get another relocation. So using this service changing islands involves a lot more risk

It would be helpful if you could add the exact pick up and drop off address and little map and instructions. Add some information of the bond refund highlight and bold so we don't worry about the money taken in our credit card.

I would have appreciated more instruction (both verbal and written), especially on the process of dropping off the car. Overall it was a great experience and a good way to get from one place to another without the hassle of public transport or cost of airplanes.

Making it clearer that the airport branch is actually inside the airport in Queenstown as there's actually Hertz building just outside which comes up on Google. Making insurance cheaper.
