it was necessary to swap the initial car as there was an bad knocking issue - this should have been picked up and reported by the staff who cleaned/serviced the car as it was not fit for customer use. Also I have been overcharged by $8.06 could you please arrange for this to be credited back to my account?

Probably, greater influence on rental companies to provide cheaper insurance for a transfer, as this is still too costly. The mutual benefit of the transfer is unbalanced when taking out the current costly full comprehensive 0$ insurance. This should be available to a transfer client at cost price, less then $10/day. Great service that connects you with rental companies to get a fantastic deal at no cost!

Excellent service. Outstanding car. So glad we found this service and it worked with our travel plans ! Signing up was a little unusual as I didn't know if I was actually making a reservation or just in line for a reservation if someone else dropped out.

Sometimes the click on map says there are 30 cars available but only 5 turn up when you actually look.
