Not really, although the rental operator could learn what is meant by the word communicate and when they say that they will send emails with all the info it would be a good idea to actually send them.

Try to negotiate longer periods or reduced rates for extra days. We ended up paying $150 for 3 days from Adelaide to Melbourne. It worked out about the same as a single location rental.

Its a great service I recommend it to people at least once per week One thing that would be good is if a rental period tack on could be available. Example being: pick up two day relocation rental in Wellington on Friday at 1200 drive for two days for free to Auckland, rent the car for 6 hours 1200 - 1800 on the sunday, drop the car off at 1800 on the sunday. I already make arrangements such as the above directly with the rental companies, it becomes a heavily discounted rental car as opposed to a free car but avails options that would otherwise preclude using transfercar
