No. The staff at pick up branch in Wellington is very professional. They deserve to be complimented. Bravo. So are the drop off office at Auckland Airport.

You can improve your communicatiinons. AeroDrive were insistent that we had to pay for the ferry eventhough our contract was for ferry included and driver. Queenstown to Auckland. We tried communicating with them to no avail.

The car offered was different to that at pick. We had to get a second rental car to fit our gear. And they gave us 500km mileage for a 484km trip. Not great at all. NZ rent a car

After requesting a vehicle, my request was cancelled after 6 hours instead of the 24 as advertised. Also the pickup addresses need to be more accurate. On two occasions it has said Brisbane Airport only to receive an email with a totally different collection address. Other than that, a great company.
