I didnt know where to take the car back in Picton. When you dont know the area and are running to a tight schedule and its a busy season, it can be helpful if there was a clear sign saying transfer car return. I called the office and a very kind lady came and picked me up.

I haven't yet had my deposit returned, and we had to take photos of the damage which probably should have been done by Hertz before we left. Other than that, a fantastic experience. Thank you.

It would be good to have more notice for a transfer, and also less closure on the weekends.

Not all rental companies give good directions to the pickup depot. Perhaps you could provide an email with a click on link that allows the users ph App of choice to receive the POI destination for one click navigation to the pick up. The rental companies are so focused on fly in customers that alternatives never occur to them.
