Number of days should match rental car standard for days. For example my “5 day rental” from Oct 1 - 5 was really only 4 days by rental car company standards.

In the 2 bookings I did with my phone you mentioned that I could wave the excess and the bond for XX$/d, but during the booking, there was not option to add it. Then, in particular, in my booking from Sydney to Melbourne it was said that I could wave bond and excess for 30$/d, the option was not given during the booking process and when I contacted Jucy, they charged me 40$/d. So either explain me how I should do it to get the waver while booking the relocation or if it is not possible, then I suggest you to add it to the booking process. It shouldnt be a big deal

Great service. Had a little trouble understanding renters obligation with provider. They spent lots of time providing videos on how to use the vehicle. However left our critical info like requirement to return the vehicle with grey and black water tanks empty. The fact I received grey water tank 3/4 full gave me the impression they emptied the tanks on site upon return. That caused significant complications as I had to go to a pump out point to empty the tanks.
