When you book a pick-up time, the car hire company (especially Thrifty) seem to keep the default times and so they think you haven't arrived!

Everything is good. Except for the driver's door, it's loose and winds leak from the gap. That makes you cold at night.

The car came with free ferry, the booking of this was a little confusing as we knew nothing of the ferry booking process or procedure. All worked out, very happy.
