I couldn’t find the USB port for my phone and navigation so has to buy adaptor for 12v - the manual wasn’t for that car .. otherwise everything was. Perfect pick up and drop off smooth and quick

We managed to return the van on time on that Saturday but If there is an alternative way or location to allow the return of the van when the office is closed then it would be great! But overall, the experience was great, we certainly would recommend it to our friends! Thanks

Hi we found it very good to get us from A to B and enjoyed it . The only thing was to check to make sure the fridge is working ,we got around it by putting ice in a bag so the few things we had didn’t go off but all was 👍

Yes, just one thing - I had been looking at various transfer cars and they were all with free gas, and I assumed the one that I finally booked was free gas too. Unfortunately, it wasn't and it cost me over 100 bucks because I didn't gas it up (which to do would have been no hassle). That one point could have been a bit more obvious. Cheers

Perhaps the rental car company slowing down with instructions as I thought I had to refill the car - and my colleague heard otherwise.

Knowing there would be no one at the drop off area and that the keys just go in the hole in the wall. Great car and an enjoyable drive. Definitely recommend

The van was super old and dirty. When I delivered it to Brisbane the lady was quite rude about not having it cleaned before delivering it. When I picked the van up there was no mention of getting it cleaned on delivery all he said was make sure I deliver it with a half a tank of fuel. I didn’t use any of the utensils or linen, I drove and delivered it in the rain so there was a little bit of dirt on the floor. The weather meant it took me longer to get to Brisbane, so I was in a rush to deliver the van just in time. I’m not sure what I will be charged for the cleaning fee as I still haven’t received my deposit back, but if I had of known the expectations and had more time I would have had it delivered cleaner than the state I received it in.
