I did a free trnsfer car from Queenstown. I had to go to the petrol station and clean and vacume myself. When I called the airport she did not offer me anything just said sorry.

I found it a little difficult to get information that the rental was actually confirmed. I was not confident that I was going to be able to pick the vehicle up.

Usually a good service but I had to wait 4hrs for my camper, I was told it was available from 11am I finally got it at 5, I had to borrow a car to collect my kids from school missed their school function (the reason I was there) and was also meant to do a charity run at the school I couldn’t do. Very disappointing after so many good experiences with my other rentals

If someone can Drive your car from ine place to another, if you pay for his/her ferry amount in full Will be more sufficient i guess

Can't think of anything really. All staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and the car was a dream to drive - definitely plan on doing it again :)

I had to wait for 2.5 hours at the RV supercentre, if a time is provided for pickup then vehicles should be ready at that time. There were over 100 pickups on Friday due to Splore festival. Therefore, extra staff should be scheduled to work to manage high numbers of pickups.
