It was all very chaotic, no one told us in the beginning that we wouldn't have an insurance for a relocation program. (which I believe is illegal) they told us this after signing the papers. They also told us that if we want to back out now, we have to pay a $300 fee. (you have to tell someone they won't have an insurance before you sign the papers and can't back out anymore without a fee). now 3 weeks later I still don't have my $3000,- bond back an travellers says I have have to contact my bank that they have te release it?! I never had this before with any company, you take a bond and then you put it back instead of waiting for weeks and contacting your bank.

When you have to resubmit a request you need to check the dates - I had an issue with this booking where I booked a day late upon resubmittal. Thanks!

Make me aware that the car was going to be super dirty when I picked it up. There was dog hair and food crumbs all over the place.

A customer should not have to cover the cost of the vehicle for the Ferry ⛴️ Crossing as they are doing YOU A SERVICE by returning the vehicle for you. Also the windscreen was not cleaned before pick up and was dangerous to drive, whenever the sun was in vision. Cleaned outside at Petrol Station, unfortunately did not solve the problem. In evening, could not see the road ahead when vehicles approached as their lights affected my vision and found this dangerous to drive. Ended up having a slow trip to stay safe and arrive in Auckland in one piece. So that is why I gave you a 0.

The transfer car was actually cancelled by the rental company. And I was not informed. However, their staff helped me with another car.

I think some info to say that the vehicle was located off the airport site and transport was required to get there in the initial advert. This was annoying.
