Maybe have the original conditions still available to see even when the relocation has been dropped off.. I have on more than one occasion had a problem proving that a tank of fuel was included as this information drops of when the rental is accepted on your website....

Would be good to have more km flexibility at the outset ... Many of the cars had an, eg, 1500km allowance for a 1450km expected journey, which doesn't leave much flexibility
