Transfer Car need to check the quality of the company. USAVE will damage your reputation with their services. Please send my complaint to Usave and snap. I have booked a truck relocation through transfer car to Usave car rental company on May for my one way moving trip from Queenstown to Christchurch. 2 days beforw the truck pick up day, i received an email from Usave(without name) mentioned that the truck is unavailable, they can offer me a car instead. The next morning, i called to their main office in Auckland, the lady told me unfortunately the vehicle in unavailable, i need to sort out from now. I asked the lady who is the one who sent me the email. The lady said it was Queenstown manager, but she cant provide me the contact details, Queenstown branch has no phone connect. She refused to provide me further help and pass the phone to manager or person in charge.  She promised to get the manager call me back but nothing happened. I was panic and keep emailing them more than 5 emails, contact them through FB. Unfortunately i only got a email reply from the reservation team leader after the pick up date and obviously she didnt know the pick up date has gone. I was frustrated received the last minutes cancelation, unfriendly customer service representative that didnt offer any help, no reply from Usave , cant contact them for the solution. Unfortunately i need to rent a emergency truck rental through other company and cost me $800 instead of $100 that i booked with Usave. According to Usave booking agreement terms and conditions, If the vehicle you booked is unavailable, we will upgrade you to the next best option. If no upgrade is available, we will still give you a vehicle and refund you the difference in value or give you the option to cancel. If no vehicle is available at all, we will recommend an alternative rental supplier. Obviously Usave didnt execute according the agreement.  I have raised this issue to Usave. However Usave ignored me again and didnt get back to me within the deadline. What can i do for this case? I have done my part to contact and I was thinking transfer car but i guess transfer car have nothing to do with this. Please send my complaint to Usave. Thanks Abby

Make sure the companies listing vehicles are legit, over a week since i dropped off vehicle, got told bond and ferry crossing would be transferred back to my account. However now no emails or phone calls get answered and still no money in my account

I was annoyed that you guys had selected the reduced excess for me when booking the car. So at the Avis desk, I could not remove it, and needed to pay an additional ~$35 a day. This basically meant the $4 rental was a $144 rental so feels slightly misadvertised. However overall I'm happy since it was a good deal I couldn't find elsewhere.

there were all these hidden charges from the rental company, including $327 NZD after we dropped the car off. We were never told of this. Plus charges of $123 when we picked up the vehicle.

Partly if it's made clearer that drop off point is not at the airport and transfer to airport is well organised with hirer. it will be easier for me to follow the process when I am more used to sending information remotely!
