response time quicker. have an option to ask the operator a question about the hire before commuting to the booking. eg if there's flexibility in pick up or drop off timew

Would be good to know who the operator is when booking. I recently booked a late model SUV and when I turned up to Snap Rentals, it was anything but modern and I found multiple reasons why it should even be on the road. Have just booked one with SIXT and it was a brand new car (like the rest of their fleet). Love using Transfercar but hate the gamble of who you are dealing with and what they will give you to drive....
