Absolute crooks. You confirmed I had a relocation from NY to San Francisco. I flew from Hawaii and the RV company said TransferCar never made the reservation. I then was able to get a new relocation at a much higher rate for 6 days instead of 14, which is quite short for 3200 miles. Your US number does not work and your main office works the opposite hours from where I was picking up my vehicle. Your customer service representative finally contacted me half a day later and was clueless. Its been weeks and the only thing you've done to assist me is tell me that I somehow turned down my relocation via a communication that didn't happen and then accuse me of scamming you because I was able to get some sort of help from El Monte with no help of TransferCar. Absolute criminals. I have used iMoova for this service dozens of times and never had a problem.
