Paid platinum insurance plus a holding fee to avoid huge excess because I booked through you Don't have my deposit back yet, car rental provider car was gutless and service when in the road was sub grade (not 24 hr service for a tyre change)

They charged you some sort of bonds via eftpos. But when giving back.. they taked 3 4 days. Why they can't put straight into same card by eftpos at same time.
