I was Denied a car 3 times and when I tried again the same car was till available reasons on why you are denied would be good

Was a bit of a process to confirm the booking as it was all a bit last minute and because i requested on a weekend it failed on the 24 hour measure and then again on Sunday. As i am in Western Australia the help desk till 11am was also a bit of an issue as i tried to work out how i was getting home to Broome. But overall, loving what you guys provide!

Everything ran so smoothly. Hertz staff in Perth brilliant. My first transfer (I did years ago in USA) in Australia and spot on. Great communication from transfer car as well when needed a question answered. Thanks
