The car I picked up and the car advertised on transfercar website are different. Other than that, transfer car is awesome.

The rental car was not available for 2 hours after the confirmed pickup time. I had to wait in a cold waiting room.. Total waste of time and drop off at Christchurch was also closed at confirmed drop off time.

response time quicker. have an option to ask the operator a question about the hire before commuting to the booking. eg if there's flexibility in pick up or drop off timew
