Notification system doesn't seem to work. I had a 'request' lodged but received nothing. I found the transfer by checking the website regularly. Apart from that all was good.

The young lady at the counter verbally mention not to drive on certain roads. Also she didn’t turn the page over to show us the restricted road on the map. We just signed the form without reading it. Also the app isn’t idea for people who aren’t tech savvy or use mobile phones. We didn’t use it as it was time consuming.

The service is amazing!! Really handy and secure, the only thing I could say is, when a relocation is declined, for whatever reason, would be nice to know why was it, not just get a message that was declined.
