No, that was the first time I've used Transfercar and it was great, like renting a car but doing it for free, though I opted for maximum insurance to reduce my excess from 5K to $800.

Sixt (rental car company) offered zero excess to *normal* renters but not to *relocation* drivers. I am being penalized for things beyond my control during the trip and I will be out of pocket for this. Hope you can call me 0492869314 to discuss my incident. Thanks Anne

At time of booking I thought I could purchase extension days through car rental company but informed had to be thru you. You solved this fantasticiakky well though. Just maybe if was clear to do it at time of booking I wouldn't have needed that extra step. It was my first time doing a relocation
