Didn’t like the drop off as the guy was checking the car and I hadn’t even gotten my things out yet. He asked me rudely if I knew where the scratches came from and didn’t even apologise when I showed him the pick up receipt where it stated that the car had scratches on pick up. Makes me think they’re trying to double charge for scratches they don’t get fixed…

Would be good if the rate listed on transfercar is the same as the rate we got, it said 2 free days, but we got charged $1/day which is still cheap but not the advertised rate. Other than that everything was excellent and as expected.

Just getting the car model at least as soon as the job is booked. The rental company totally know what car needs to go where, I mean come on! The problem is, ferries need to be booked ASAP and we can't without the car model. They need to be far more responsive when they accept a driver.

I would like to have email alerts as soon as a relocation is available. Filtered of course for given parameters. It would be easier than checking the site everyday. Of course there is already the option of alerts between a given date range, but often there are not relocations in that range, hence the request for any and all in a given route (anytime)

Perhaps not charge a cancellation charge if the booking is made one day out and then the ferry isnt available anymore
