I don't know if this comes under your control but the agent at the car rental company messed up our paperwork and caused some problems for us when we returned the vehicle almost 21hours earlier than the allowance that we were given to move the car to the relevant destination. We copped a bit of flack for returning the car late when in fact we had returned the car early. All in all it was a positive experience for us and we would do it again and recommend it to others. Thanks for asking our opinion.

Everything was great but due to having a gas guzzling Prado from Sixt, it cost me $200 in fuel to go directly to Queenstown....I should have flown!!

working out a way of timing another vehicle at a drop off eg alk -chc then chc- alk if one fails then stops both? so the more time to book take away risk of missing out. thanks
