It will be helpful to have a map of 1. Place to pick the car from with high lighted and sent via email before picking the car and the content of the car. I had to pay $7 parking fees, just sorting this problem at the counter.

this reservation was not honored by europcar. If you're going to hold us drivers accountable by charging a cancel fee, you need to provide some recourse for flakey rental companies

Firstly I was supposed to get 4x4 vehicle and got Toyota Yaris instead. Secondly both Wellington and Auckland branches were trying to convince me I have to return the vehicle with full tank regardless terms and conditions saying I had one full tank. I have never received contract even I have asked twice for it, which means I would get into trouble in a case of incident or police check. I was going to send an email re this to you.
