It would be great if it was easier to filter by things like driving age, credit card required etc. Often I have to look at a car's page before I realise that it's not suitable for me. More cars would be good too!

My transfer got cancelled with a bullshit excuse that the car got on a crash messing up all my plans on the last minute. And had nothing that i could do about and nothing happened to company offering the transfer.

We booked an 8 seater vehicle. Upon pick up was told the car was unavailable and they were going to issue a refund on deposit and wish us good luck. We showed our frustration and they tried to remedy the situation. They found us a 6.5 seater vehicle which was our only option. The car ride was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for 5 adults and 2 children in car seats as one of the adults could not be seatbelted. We did not receive what we wanted and paid for. Wasted half a day waiting for replacement vehicle which was unfit. O/5 rating

I applied for a mystery transfer from Christchurch to Queenstown on 01 to 02 January. Operator said they had five cars available and I was one of the five, but the transfer expired without being accepted. They obviously didn't appear to have any cars available to transfer, but the ad stayed up for days on your system. I know it's the Operator's fault and not your firm, but it's very frustrating! The Operator needs to be advised that they shouldn't advertise cars for transfer if they don't have them available. Thanks.
