I refueled the car before delivering to Nelson as requested. I have delivered cars before, was paid to do so and never had to refuel. In fact 10 drivers each driving a rental to Queenstown were returned to Ch-Ch in a mini coach. Have the rules changed or do various companies differ? Regards, Brian

As a first timer, I found it frustrating that I received an email telling me to apply for multiple transfers. Only to have the one I want cancelled when I was accepted for an other.

Perhaps the operator may give a little more information about the car and the drop off... but thats not really your thing I guess...
