Need more information regarding drop off. When we arrived the office was closed and we were unsure of what to do. It worked out okay thankfully.

The process was a little difficult, if you could make it very simple with less need to read every word on an email twice it would help. Having said that I managed so can't be too difficult !

Just bit more notice when vehicle needs to be changed from the one we chose and accepted to the one given. My transfer car was different to one I accepted and had different excess charges in this case was more then original. Thanks.
