Transfer car was great but Avis made it a bit difficult to pick up asking for copies of pay slips proof of residency via any bills I wasn’t prepared so I had to wait an hour to gather the information Avis requested

Provide more details and transparent final price on transfer. When I called avis before my pickup they could not tell me a price or they told me a price before tax. Nobody is interested in price before tax.
