Mention in the FAQ where your finances are located. (my credit card is active for the USA, North America AND Europe, though didn't work with your website till I activated it for the world) That costed me 3 days to figure out, and by then some offers already disappeared. (otherwise I'd have used your service 2 times already, instead of one) Btw: it's weird that the offers don't work during the weekend (business hours?), but that's understandable.

Yes In addition to the 2 free days when booking on line allow the user to add (book) additional days and pay when picking up the vehicle.

Transfercar were great but unfortunately Lucky rental do not disclose that you camper will be in a state of disrepair and this is why the vehicle is on transfercar. If we knew the camper would have multiple issues we would never have done it.

It would be really helpful in some situations to have the ability to ask questions of the rental car operator before committing to the relocation.
