Great experience particularly when the vendor got back to me straight away. Maybe a more detailed note to contact rental company directly to organise ferry crossing on hirers behalf as this wasn't obvious.

Insurance offers are quite different between the rental companies. It would be good to see those details more easily on the front page. ie. The standard insurance excess amount, and their options to reduce the excess.
