I found the website a little confusing. Can not put my finger on the issue but will reply again when it comes to mind.

2 days is just not enough time to relocate a camper from Auckland to Christchurch considering the road works on SH1 north and south of Kaikoura as well as the ferry crossing of 3+ hours. It was just a mad rush and no sleep so I was just working for the Company instead of having some time for a look see around. 4 days is the minimum especially with the ongoing road works on SH1 in the South Island and getting a suitably timed ferry crossing. Something for regular transfer customers that perhaps identities them as a ‘preferred’ relocator and gives a higher request priority or the best available vehicles. Can’t really improve a free ride much! I do really appreciate fuel inclusions, that makes a good deal better. For critical relocations that need to occur, maybe offer a return transport option like a bus/train rebate.

More cars need ferry crossing paid for and cleaned better when being picked up, I understand it's a free car but we're helping each other out
