I had a little bit of trouble when I went to pick up the car, the card that I used on your site was my kiwibankcard, it got accepted there when I made the booking, and that made me think it would be all good. But when I went to pick up my car they apparently couldn't accept it because it didn't had my name on it. Luckily in the end we were able to work it out, but I don't remember reading anywhere in the information that I got from you guys or them which specified that I needed to have a card which stated my name on it. Also the amount of km's I was allowed to drive was a bit unclear. Your site stated a 1000 total, their confirmation said 900/day, when I called and asked they said 900total but after a chat they said a 1000total. But after I returned the car I still got charged for everything I went over 900 even though I stayed under 1000. After a few phone calls they are gonna pay it back again, but it is a little bit of a hassle to having go after it.

Lucky rentals we're rubbish. So unorganised. it took my 2 hours to get the van after my check in time.... The first car from Dunedin was great, nice company and people.

There were hidden costs that was not mentioned on your site, the van was not ready until after 4 hours, the fridge was not working while on the road. If we had not made arrangements for the 3 days trip to bring the vans to Auckland, we would back out. We decided not to do this again.
