The location in Sydney was pretty inconvienent. Far from city centre and only accesseble by bus with Opal Card. Mist people dont have this card when they first arrive in Sydney

Deliver what you advertise - the van I was supposed to pick up was between 2013+ but it was a 1998 vehicle in really bad condition - not acceptable - we ended up renting a van instead because we had a timetable, it was a holiday weekend and our other rental had been returned. The van rented to us then suffered total breakdown on the Nullarbor leaving us stranded in Penong w no way to leave. We ended up hitching a ride 1000 km to Adelaide where we had to rent another car and pay for accommodation. Oh, the refrig microwave didn’t work either. Poorly maintained vehicle. Rachel at your office found a tow service to Penong - we were stopped in an extremely hazardous roadside. Then we never heard back from her again - I called your office yesterday and reported all this again - still no call back. I am referring this to my credit card company. Personally I think it’s bait and switch on tourists and needs to be stopped. Kathryn Woods
