Yes, the numbers it shows. Put in a pickup location, it says 18, but only shows 5.... Criteria isn't obvious.

When I got to thrifty @Sydney they couldn't find my booking because My name was misspelt and the Thrifty booking reference was 1 character short. Luckily they found it by looking up my mobile number
