More than 24 hours processing time over public holidays so requests don't auto time out when the provider is not available to respond. Costed me a nice relocation.

Not your fault, but discount car and trucks are charging me for km's I didn't make. I agreed in 4000km and their system says 3000km. That's $253 extra they're charging me. I'm being kept on the line for weeks about it

By not advertising 6 days from Alice Springs to Perth when the actual travel time was 4.5 days! Very exhausting driving over 800km per day to get the Apollo van back with the specified, ludicrous timeframe. We arrived to pick the van up 'before' 10.30 and walked out of the office after 12, then drove relentlessly then next '4' days, so the van would be in the Perth office by '9am' Friday. It's not really 6 days is it! All our friends and family asked how the journey was. Sad to say, exhausting because of misleading advertising.

There is too much varience with bond money. some places ask for too much. people choosing to use transfer car are not rich. better alternative insurance waivers are needed.
