I have a current query with the rental company about the ambiguity of the car being paid for on the ferry and not my person - you can't get a car ticket without a person, so if it says the car is paid for I assumed a person comes with that. I'm waiting to hear back from the rental company as to what they say...

Should not be available for only those who have credit card , if somebody don’t have they can pay security and get the car

It would have been good to receive an email on drop off day with a contact person ‘s number in case of need to get final specific directions for drop off at an unfamiliar airport .
