If someone is willing to pay an extra days charge so they can drop off the vehicle at the end of th day instead of the morning then you should be more accommodating. You lost your chance to get a vehicle back to Christchurch.

The communication is very bad , when I pick up the car, I asked questions to the agency , they told me , we don’t know anything , please ask to transfer car . When I asked to transfer car, they told me to ask to the agency. I still do not have my money back for the bond and nobody can tell me when I will receive it . furthermore it was written in the announce ( 150 $ included for the fuel without any receipt and at the end of the trip , I finally have to give the receipts that I didn’t keep.
