error with rental company with my original booking ! ?They added more extra pay days than requested or confirmed by your site . Following my email to them their reply went to my spam and they cancelled my booking without me asking. Result I had to rebook through your site and get a SUV instead of a camper van.

Have the company on the listing as some companies are difficult to deal with. An example is we had to wait several hours for a car to be ready at the confirmed pick up time as they were unprepared.

It would be helpful to have a better idea of the pickup locations when making multiple requests in priority order.eg. “Brisbane airport” is specific but “Brisbane” is a big place.
