Maybe put on all the emails the name of the hire care company. Eg mibe was Thrifty. That's all I can think of. My overall experience with this company was excellent. Great job guys! Thanks so much, Look forward to next time

The car wasn't clean when I picked up, plus it wasnt filled with petrol. Slightly under tge fill mark. But otherwise everything was great. You are providing a great service that was easy and no hassle. Thanks

Be transparent about who the rental firm is up front, so customers can make an informed decision, Apollo are rated badly with good reason so I discovered on picking up the Motorhome, I was appalled by their customer service and charges for extras
