The car was clean up front but dirty back seats

Chch branch of Apollo was very disorganised! No apparent system of dealing with people meant that it took over two hours to collect the van. Overall we enjoyed the experience but found it relatively expensive for a few days away, with having to pay ferry expenses on top of other costs. We have since seen deals with other companies where ferry fares are included, so would probably go with one of these should we decide to do another relocation.

Reply back to e-mails. I requested a extra day with the motorhome re location as times were tight to fetch back to Auckland also getting ripped off with ferry costs and poor service with Apollo rentals. Misleading to say the least

Office locations for Christchurch airport and Picton ferry terminal are a bit vague. Had to ring someone and find out where to go on both occasions.
