The only improvement would be the accuracy of information provided about the vehicle. I called to ask whether or not the vehicle had a CD player so I could listen to CD’s during the long 5,000 km relocation drive and was told no by your representative. Upon pickup, the vehicle in fact did have a CD player. Small details like this really matter.

I organised two transfer cars and had to cancel one. When I was booking them I didn’t see anything regarding a cancellation fee. I realise it’s inconvenient for you guys but I find it ridiculous that I ad to pay for something that was meant to be free.

The pick up time kept changing. It made it hard to make plans. I thought once the company confirmed it that was the time. It kept changing up to the minute I picked up the vehicle. Otherwise still ok
