Transfercar was fine but Avis overcharged my account by $238. Currently there is a dispute surrounding this. Is there anything transfercar can do to assist?

Instructions on how to get from Airport terminal to collection point for Car and a phone number on the confirmation email to contact company for info if unsure, have recommended to others but they said they got a dungar of a car.

Rental companies should make sure that their cars are mechanically sound before they are transferred.

Companies helplines, even if you call on counter desk land-line number still it takes you to main customer care and then they transfer your call to agents on their counters, then they just hang up, without even saying hello....
