Yes. Giving clients more information on how it all works, for eg: if you're crossing the Cook Strait on the Ferry, what is the process to follow? I had to call to find out. But in general the service is great.

Not really. All communication and processes were clear n quick. Car was in great condition. Staff we’re knowledgeable and efficient.

Was a little confusing with not all details available when you apply, having a number you could call to answer questions about the specific rental would be great (eg. restrictions on insurance, days car is available outside of given dates)
