Communication from the car rental company was slow and not within the timeframes stated on the emails, admittedly it was over a weekend but at this time of year, I would have expected quicker confirmation of the booking from them as it was an inter island car return and ferry booking costs increased while we waited for their confirmation.

Ensure that the rental car companies provide accurate information on the models of cars they have available. They seem to be listing all of their cars as 4x4 Full Size Wagon but when you turn up to collect the car it turns out to be a Toyota Corolla.

It's not very easy to know what resquest it accepted. And it should be better to have the possibility to contact directely the company after a few days. It not depends on your services but I had a few tank of fuel and Britz refused to paid it. Globally, it was a good experience

Let us know we may have to pay parking charges at Airport when we pick up rental and advise proceadure to refund that and instructions to return rental at beginning rather than at return of rental. Otherwise all very good.
