I have already shared your email with four colleagues. I waited an 30 mins at your Chch office while they checked vehicle oils etc. I found cutlery behind passenger front seat, had the airbag light come on intermittently and so went looking for a service manual to have the glove box door come off in my hand and then almost have to bail in Wellington as passengers seat belt would not engage. I returned vehicle @ 9am instead of 2pm, so I expected some delay but to have to knock on staff room door as both receptions were empty was a surprise. But overall I achieved what I needed to do so many thanks.

The first time I used the website, it didn't go through. I think that was because it didn't ask me for a phone number so the car company rejected it. If that's right, you could put the phone number part on as routine.

I was driving up alone so $85 for half a tank of petrol in the Nissan SUV did not make it an economical choice for me. I understand why we cannot request specific cars but the possibility to shoes between a car or something bigger would make it a more attractive option. Apart from that, everything was great. Nicole was very helpful.
