Sometimes if there is an overlap on two intended bookings, Transfercar doesn't allow the second booking to be made. For example, the other day I booked a Brisbane to Rockhampton relocation. I then fine tuned my travel, which meant I returned my car a bit earlier then intended. I then tried to book a relocation from Queenstown to Christchurch to line up with my arrival time. There was an overlap of a few hours when my original booking was taken into account, which meant that I had to book a day later then I would have liked and had to overnight with friends in Queenstown. Rather then have the booking blocked, a warning should appear This overlaps with an existing booking. Please ensure that your pick up time is correct.

I got told my booking would include $200 for expenses. When I asked at Hertz the man had no idea what I was talking about and said I should email transfer car. Then transfer car said I should email hertz. And I haven’t heard anything.
