Yes, the ability to add a written note when applying for transfer. Especially during these uncertain times (but always too), it would be helpful to leave a note to the rental company that my plans are flexible and I'm not locked in to the pickup time I'm required to list when applying. Thank you.

It would be nice that before booking is confirmed that we can be informed of the exact pick and drop off location and have an option whether do we still want to continue with the booking.

It cost me $75 because I took the car for 3 days from bne to Sydney on a 3 day return. The agency actually only allowed 2 days and 23h and considered the last hour to be an extra day.

Better refund times for security deposits - hotels now often take a 1 cent fee, with authority for the bond provided in case of damage and/or fees. To have $2800 frozen for several weeks, accruing interest is less than ideal. This is not a transfer car issue per se, as we deal with individual provider companies, but something to consider nonetheless.
